About Monica

Monica’s life is a testament to faith, family, and service. She resides with her husband, David, in the quaint town of Madera, California. Their family story is one of both natural blessings and divine fulfillment. Their son, David Jr., now a handsome grown man, was a gift from God. But the Almighty had more in store for them – He fulfilled His promise of a daughter through the adoption of Savannah, their precious princess.

Monica’s calling to serve runs deep. She stood shoulder to shoulder with David for seven years as they pastored Face-to-Face International Ministries. She has embarked on new spiritual ventures, founding the Eagles Arise Warriors of God Coalition and the Remnant Arise Apostolic Hub.

Her ministry is multifaceted, driven by a fervent passion for inner healing and deliverance. But it’s in worship that Monica finds her most unique expression. Through dance, accompanied by flowing flags and streamers, she ministers unto the Lord. This devotional practice gave birth to her ministry, Wrapped in S.I.L.K. – an acronym that encapsulates its essence: Sacred Intimacy Lavish Koinonia Worship Instruments.

At the core of everything Monica does lies a simple yet profound desire: to glorify God with her life and inspire others to do the same. Her journey is a vibrant tapestry of faith, family, and service, woven together by an unwavering commitment to her spiritual calling.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

This Quarter (July, August and September) we are excited to partner with Youth For Christ.

Let me introduce you to our friend Aubrey with YFC and her vision to share the hope and joy of Jesus with teenage girls.

Note from Aubrey with Youth For Christ:

I have invested in teens for 6 years at Youth For Christ. Through the past several months, God has opened doors for me to focus more intentionally on our young women. These teen girls are the future leaders and have so much to offer. They are smart, funny, brave, curious, and afraid. This world can be scary and they are actively seeking adults who truly care about them and their stories.

People who want to listen and walk WITH them. Running programs like this require funds for staffing, supplies, trips, food, etc.

I am looking for at least 12 women to give $50/month in a campaign to raise $7,200 per year to support this ministry to young women.

Other ongoing needs for YFC WITH (Women Investing in Teen Hope):

Snacks for outings with girls
Gift cards for places like Starbucks, Dutch Bros., Chick-Fil-A (to treat the girls when we meet to connect)
Hobby Lobby, Costco or Amazon gift cards for purchasing supplies for meetings, crafts and meals
