Kids – Don’t Miss Out!

The Hero Hotline Headquarters are where everyone’s gifts are valued and every hero has a role to play.

When Heroes in the field call in, our team of heroes will spring into action and explore the ultimate Hero Handbook -the Bible- to discover how all Heroes can follow the examples set by a cast of supporting Bible Heroes in stories from the Old and New Testaments, who work together to bring peace, build each other up, and share the great story of God’s love for us where they are and with the whole world.

As kids (called Heroes) experience these stories through music, drama and storytelling, games, arts and crafts, and even snacks, they’ll learn that Heroes are called to Follow Jesus, Help Others, Work Together, Listen to God, and Show Grace! And, best of all, they’ll be invited to answer this call at Summer Adventure, at church, at home, and every area of their lives.

What Can I Expect at Kids Summer Adventure?

For the Kids:

At Kids Summer Adventure, kids will begin the evening with fun energetic music and skits that will have them engaged, laughing and learning about how much God loves them.  They will then make their way through several stations with kids in their age group as they play fun games, create amazing crafts and hear Bible stories of great adventure. The evening ends with more energetic music and a wrap up of the evening including a photo slide show of the night.

Kids are grouped by age: Preschool & Kindergarten / 1st & 2nd Grade / 3rd & 4th Grade / 5th & 6th Grade
*We will place children with friends at your request if they are in the same age group, but we cannot move kids into different age groups.

Safety and Security:

We take the security and safety of your children seriously.

  • All volunteers are background checked
  • All volunteers wear a t-shirt and lanyard that identifies them
  • Children are grouped in small ‘crews’ with a leader who is with them at all times Mon – Thu (on Friday all children must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Children are only released to people who are listed on their registration form
  • A nurse will be onsite at all times

Parents:

Parents will drop off and pick up children to the worship center.  Once the event begins, only registered children and cleared volunteers may stay on campus during that time.

If you have a special circumstance, please let us know so we can work with you on resolving that.
