Family Camp

Plan NOW to join us this summer for some fun and relaxation at the beach!

Family Camp 2021 | July 30 – August 1, 2021

What is Family Camp?

A long standing Northpark tradition, all are invited to join us as every year we get out of the heat and head over to the cool Pismo Beach! Come for a day or the whole weekend and enjoy spending time with old friends and make some new ones! There are several activities planned, but also plenty of time for your own adventures. Highlights include baptisms in the ocean, group campfire, sandcastle contest, games and activities. Every year we have several hundred people come to Family Camp! We hope you’ll join us this year.

Check out our pictures of previous year’s Family Camp on our Facebook page

Where do I stay?

Campsites

These usually sell out within a matter of minutes once they are made available 6 months prior.

**We do have a few extra campsites available!
If you would like to request one before they are sold back on July 1, please contact us right away!

If you are not able to reserve a site, but would like one, please contact us or share your request on the Family Camp Facebook Group to find out if someone has a spare site!

Hotels

If you will not be camping, feel free to stay at whatever hotel is available and convenient for you.  See above for directions on how to access the campsite (you will not be able to drive into the campsite and will need to access from the beach or street).

Come for the Day

Drive in for the day on Saturday for baptisms and beach activities!  See the details on the Saturday events and the map below for the best way to find us on the beach.

JANUARY: Making Campsite Reservations

Request to join the Northpark Family Camp Facebook Group for the most helpful information about campsite request coordination, tips on getting sites, and updates.

NORTHPARK FAMILY CAMP FACEBOOK GROUP

*If you will be reserving a campsite, these reservations MUST be made EXACTLY  6 months prior to your arrival date at www.reservecalifornia.com. Campsites sell out within minutes!

(We encourage you to go online to become familiar with the reservation site in advance.)

Here are a few tips:

  • Be sure to choose PISMO SB as your campsite
  • Be sure to create your online account BEFORE your sign up date to speed up the process
  • Be sure to log in and start the reservation process BEFORE 8 a.m. on the day you make your reservations. Be ready to hit the submit button at 8 a.m. sharp.

Our Northpark families try to coordinate which camping spaces to reserve. If you will be making a reservation, it would be helpful to join our Family Camp Facebook Group for more information.

Do you have a campsite?

Once they are made available and you make a campsite reservation, please contact us and let us know your campsite number and dates so we know where all our Northpark campers are!
