All ages and skill levels are welcome!

This class is facilitated by certified yoga instructor, Cheryl Tristan.

As we cope with the stressors of life, including anxiety and isolation, yoga is a great way to draw closer to God and practice self-care through movement, breathing and balance.  Modifications can be made as needed so that you can find movement and gain mobility.

Bring a yoga mat, water and any yoga props you want (blocks etc.) Some loaner items will be available if needed.
