DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, March 13th\n6:00 p.m. at Northpark (in person only) \nDessert & Meeting – Bring a dessert to share! \n\nElection of two board members\nMinistry updates from each ministry leader\nFinancial updates\nUpdate on upcoming courtyard renovations\n\nREMINDER TO MEMBERS\, we must have a quorum in order to vote.\nIf it’s absolutely necessary for you to miss the meeting\, proxy forms are available. You need to complete a proxy form stating the reason for your absence and turn it in the Sunday prior to the meeting\, or deliver it to a Board Member at least two hours prior to the scheduled meeting start time. \nInformation including board candidate bios will be sent to all members by email and postal mail. \nEven though only members will be able to vote for board members\, all Northpark attendees are encouraged to attend and come hear about what is happening and coming up at Northpark. \n\nBOARD ELECTIONS\nAt this meeting\, the membership will elect TWO new members of the church’s Board of Trustees. The regular term for a Board Member is three years.
